Where are you located and where do I park?

We are located in Old Town Scottsdale off N Goldwater Blvd. & E Indian School Rd. You are able to park in any covered/uncovered spots labeled ‘1447’ or ‘H&Co’, or in 3 Hour Parking along E 3rd Ave. or N Marshall Way.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Less than 24 Hour Notice of Cancellation will result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service(s). If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled service(s). Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

Will I receive appointment confirmations and reminders?

Yes! You will receive a Text and Email Confirmation immediately upon booking, as well as a Text/Email Reminder 3 days prior to your appointment.

How do I cancel my appointment?

You can either cancel your scheduled appointment via your original Email Confirmation, or reach out to our Front of House directly to reschedule.

How do I book an appointment as a current client?

Our Online Booking Platform currently only supports New Client bookings, outside of our Signature Blowouts. If you need to book a Color/Haircut appointment, please reach out to our Front of House textline at 520-987-8948, with your personal availability and requested service!

Where can I view H&Co Hair Designer’s work?

Head to our ‘hair designers’ Instagram highlight for links to each of our Hair Designers accounts.

Do you offer event or wedding bookings?

Yes, we do! For all event and wedding inquiries, please contact us via email at info@hainsworthco.com or text our Front of House at 520-987-8948 with your event details. We’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Do you accept product returns or exchanges?

We do not accept product returns or exchanges.

What forms of payment can I use?

We are cashless! We accept Card and Apple Payments.
