Founded by husband and wife team, Eric and Tara Hainsworth, Hainsworth & Company was created to provide a home for a select group of talented hair designers who have a passion for continued education and the desire to provide the utmost level of luxury services .

Our salon provides an environment for hair designers to learn, grow, educate, and most importantly embrace a relationship with each other and our clients as family.

In the early stages of Tara’s career she always had the desire to be a salon owner/ entrepreneur. Eric was in a 15 year golf career and had always encouraged and supported the process. After spending 9 years in the beauty industry, Tara and Eric decided over a meal and after a deep conversation that resulted in Eric simply stating, “your dream has now become my dream” Hainsworth & Company was born.

For the last 6 years Hainsworth & Company has become the focus of Tara & Eric’s career alongside raising their daughter Olive Jay (age 4). Being partners in business and in life attributes to the major success of H&Co. With endless growth opportunities on the horizon, Hainsworth & Co. has been a source of endless inspiration.
